Shipping policy
We ship domestically from Ludhiana, India.
We offer complimentary courier services on all domestic orders/purchases. For orders/purchases below INR 1,000 will be charged on actuals.
Kindly ascertain that your complete shipping address along with a working phone number that our courier company can call at the time of delivery is filled in correctly. All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. JIIA is not responsible for return-to-sender fees and the client will be subject to paying the courier fees for resending such an order. In order to avoid the above, kindly ensure that all your information is correctly filled out before finalizing your order at check out.
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send orders/purchases to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Once your payment has credited, domestic ready-to-ship orders/ purchases would take 24 to 48 working hours to process, which is 1 to 2 working days. Once your purchase is dispatched, domestic couriers would take a minimum of 3 working days and a maximum of 7 working days to reach their destination. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier.
Any unprecedented discrepancies or delays in your order would be intimated on your registered email address. Kindly keep a check on the same for more information on your purchase.
We do not dispatch on weekends and national holidays.
Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday may not be processed until the following Monday.
