In the 1970s, my grandmother fell in love with the art of hand-printing. She would spend hours carefully stamping patterns onto fabric, turning simple cotton sheets into canvases of color and detail. One of her creations, a floral bedsheet alive with earthy browns, creams, and golden tones was a constant in our home. It wasn’t just a sheet; it was a piece of her artistry, her patience, and her love for beauty in everyday things.
Decades later, that bedsheet became the seed of inspiration for our Jacquard print. We’ve carefully reimagined her print, staying true to its warmth and intricacy, and brought it into a new form. Clothing meant to be lived in, cherished, and passed down, just like her work.
